HOUSTON — Phillips 66 has named its current president and chief operating officer (COO), Mark Lashier, as president and CEO, effective July 1.

Howay, a seasoned industry leader with 18 years with Paraco, will expand her scope of procurement responsibilities to include product supply. Donna has previously held roles in showroom sales, inside sales, customer service, service, regional manager, special projects, and purchasing manager.

In March, the company opened a new facility in Grand Island, Nebraska, to better serve its customers. The scope of work includes bobtail and transport repair for LPG, NH3 refined fuels and fertilizer, PVKI testing, ASME code repair, meter calibration and parts.

HOUSTON (March 24, 2022) — KBR and ExxonMobil Catalysts and Licensing LLC will collaborate to bring significant advancements to propane dehydrogenation (PDH) technology.

Under the collaboration, ExxonMobil's new proprietary catalyst technology will be combined with KBR's proprietary K-PRO Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) technology to convert propane into propylene. Enabled by the superior performance of ExxonMobil's new catalyst, the combined technology solution could offer financial savings compared to PDH technologies currently available.

TORONTO (March 28, 2022) Superior Plus Corp. announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the retail propane distribution and refined fuels assets of Quarles Petroleum Inc. for an aggregate purchase price of approximately US$145 million (CA$180 million) before adjustments for working capital.

The acquisition, which is subject to customary regulatory and commercial closing conditions, is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2022.
