Legacy Energy Consulting has announced that it recently facilitated the successful sale of PacWest Propane in Covington, Washington, to an undisclosed buyer.
PacWest Propane was started by "Ole" Carson Drageland, Derrick Grice and Frank Dollar and has serviced central Washington since 2013.
PacWest Propane is the first completed deal for Legacy Energy Consulting in 2023, and its thirteenth since December of 2020.
The PacWest Propane team issued the following statement:
"We started out calling Chad and Tyler at Legacy Energy Consulting for a business appraisal. That soon led to 17 potential buyers and initiated nondisclosure agreements. Mind you, this was in the middle of the heating season and we had a business partner out for severe health issues.
Buckle up; it's quite a journey. Knowing what we know now, we would recommend that no one attempt this on their own. Legacy is well worth every penny spent in marketing your business and filtering all communications with the potential Buyers.
