Setting the standard in NGL transport & service for over 50 years
Sponsored by: Grammer Logistics

Transporting and servicing natural gas liquids (NGLs) is a complex, high-stakes business. The economics are volatile, supply points are constantly shifting and the ever-changing weather from hurricanes to hard freezes can disrupt volumes in a matter of hours. Add to that the critical task of managing drivers, trucks and tanks, and it becomes clear: This industry demands precision, resilience and deep expertise.

At Grammer, we’ve been meeting that demand for over 50 years, with a relentless focus on safety, professionalism and service.

Built on Safety, Backed by Experience

At Grammer, safety isn’t a buzzword. It’s our foundation.

Every mile driven, every tank serviced and every load delivered is backed by strict safety protocols and constant vigilance. We’re proud of our track record, and we believe that the right safety culture not only protects our people, but protects our customers’ bottom line. As a good steward of the NGL industry, we champion education, training and giving our clients a behind-the-scenes view of transportation safety operations. Our transparent approach to data sharing enables clients to sleep well at night, knowing that Grammer has them covered.

Some of the ways we uphold this culture include:

  • Maintaining top-tier Inspection Selection System (ISS) and compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores to ensure regulatory compliance and operational confidence
  • Conducting regular, in-person safety meetings to create connection and accountability across our team
  • Investing in cutting-edge technology to constantly elevate our safety practices and responsiveness

Why ISS Scores Matter

In the transportation industry — especially when hazardous materials like NGLs are involved — ISS scores matter. These scores are used by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to determine how frequently carriers are selected for roadside inspections.

ISS scores are based on a range of factors, including:

  • CSA data
  • Crash history
  • Inspection performance
  • Driver violations
  • Vehicle maintenance

At Grammer, we maintain low ISS scores by prioritizing safety at every level, from our drivers on the road to the decision-making by our teams. This means fewer disruptions, higher trust and safer, more consistent service. By contrast, carriers with high ISS scores are inspected more often, leading to potential service delays, increased compliance scores and increased insurance rates.

Tech Meets Experience

With the largest NGL capacity in the industry, centralized operations and an expansive terminal network, Grammer is designed to deliver. We combine deep industry experience with modern technology to provide unmatched responsiveness and efficiency.

Our digital platform gives customers access to:

  • Real-time performance and delivery data
  • Streamlined communications
  • Actionable insights that improve decision-making

Whether navigating sudden supply shifts or responding to extreme weather events, our systems and our people are built to adapt quickly and effectively.

It’s About More Than Logistics — It’s About People

While equipment, terminals and technology are critical, it’s people who drive our success. At Grammer, we’ve built a culture of integrity, honesty and service, and that culture has fueled long-term relationships with some of the biggest names in the NGL space.

Angela Branchi, Grammer’s senior vice president of business development, says, “At Grammer, we don’t just compete — we build partnerships that last. Our trusted relationships and deep expertise allow us to deliver solutions others can’t.”

Jamie Bakondy, business development executive at Grammer, added, “Our customers are the heart of the business and always my top priority. I believe lasting partnerships are built on honesty, reliability and service — values I strive to deliver every single day.”

From the field to the front office, everyone at Grammer is aligned on one mission: deliver safe, dependable service — every time.

Setting the Standard — & Raising It

For over five decades, Grammer has led the NGL transport and service industry with a commitment to safety, accountability and excellence. In a high-risk, high-pressure market, we choose safety over shortcuts, because that’s what our people, our partners and our customers deserve.

That’s not just our promise. That’s the Grammer standard.
