What does an Industry Innovator look like?
This is someone who fosters innovation in either their company or the broader industry; actively pursues learning or personal career growth opportunities; and focuses on making the industry a better place to work for current and incumbent workers. BPN launched its inaugural contest with representation in mind — how do we highlight the work key leaders in the industry are doing at all levels of the company and from every corner of the propane market?
Some of this year’s finalists are industry veterans who have worked in various roles and know propane through and through. Others are newer transplants who bring fresh ideas and new methods to the mix. The entire class of finalists shares the drive to help this industry overcome current challenges and find success in a changing energy market.
