WASHINGTON – The United States Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has extended the comment period for the COVID-19 vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard to Jan. 19, 2022. OSHA extended the comment period by 45 days to allow stakeholders additional time to review the ETS and collect information and data necessary for comment.

Blue Cow Software and P3 Propane Safety have announced that Blue Cow Software has successfully integrated with the P3 Compliance System. The integration is available to Blue Cow Software customers immediately.

The integration seeds customer account data from Blue Cow to P3 after the initial data push account losses and gains are pushed daily from Blue Cow to P3. This creates efficiencies for the mobile application, helps create a process to audit tank assets, and ensures database integrity.

Marietta, Pa. (Nov. 22, 2021) — Hiltz Propane Systems Inc. (Marietta, Pennsylvania) is excited to announce the appointment of John Pelletier to the position of Regional Sales — Northeast U.S., effective Nov. 29, 2021. This is a new position in which John will be responsible for bulk plant and tank sale operations in the Northeast U.S. region.

Canada's primary underground propane inventories decreased by 0.97% in November, according to Canada Energy Regulator. The total represented a month-to-month decrease of 19.7 Mcm. Compared to a year earlier, stocks were lower, with 413.6 Mcm, or 17.12%, less product on hand. 

Overland Park, Kan. (Nov. 11, 2021) — The Management Development Program at Ferrellgas has another set of trainees who are set to graduate and make the transition into positions with the organization. The Summer 2021 group of 22 candidates graduated from the program on Nov. 11, 2021.

All of the trainees will now transition into key full-time positions and are ready to apply skills gained in the Management Development Program to positively impact the business of the high-performing logistics company.

West Palm Beach, Fla. (Nov. 15, 2021) – Blue Peak Resources, a merger and acquisitions consulting firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Affordable Propane Gas Corporation of Fort Morgan, Colorado, to DCC Propane of Lisle, Illinois.

The Baker Hughes International Rig Count is up 13 rigs from last month to 800, with land rigs up 21 to 621 and offshore rigs down eight to 179.

RYE BROOK, NY (November 5, 2021) — Paraco Gas announced that Sheila Rivera has joined Paraco Gas as director of human resources with deep experience in the transportation industry and a track record of establishing high-performing teams and culture as a human resources executive.

DENVER (Nov. 3, 2021) — Offen Petroleum announced that it has completed two separate transactions where it acquired a portfolio of branded motor fuel dealer contracts from Petroleum Management LLC., a motor fuel distributor headquartered in Platteville, CO and certain logistics assets of Pathfinder Transportation LLC, a distributor of propane in Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Offen is a leading independent distributor of motor fuels, propane and lubricants and offers petroleum logistics services in 26 states throughout the Western and Midwestern United States.
