RICHLAND, Wash. & BOISE, Idaho (July 5, 2022) — Christensen Inc. has announced the acquisition of United Oil, a distributor with operations based in southern Idaho.
The addition of United Oil strengthens Christensen's distribution network in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.
This acquisition brings together two family-owned and -operated organizations. Together, the two companies have over 100 years of serving the fuel, lubricant and propane needs of their customers.
With the completion of the acquisition, Christensen will add an additional 3000 customers to its client roster, which spans retail fuel, commercial and fleet organizations.

Christensen offers a suite of products and services to more than 10,000 retail fuels, commercial, industrial, and fleet card customers.
