Canada's primary underground propane inventories increased by 2.43% in October, Canada Energy Regulator (CER). The total represented a month-to-month increase of 47.9 Mcm. Compared to a year earlier, stocks were lower, with 354.5 Mcm, or 14.92%, less product on hand.

Ferrellgas announced it has promoted Brian Freeth to the position of west region manager. As a result of the promotion, the 20-year veteran of the propane company will oversee Ferrellgas’ operations in 11 western states. The former Indiana Propane Gas Association board member most recently served the company as general manager, overseeing retail locations in the states of Illinois and Indiana.
