FLANDERS, New Jersey (Oct. 21, 2021) – ADD Systems, a supplier of software solutions to the convenience store and energy distribution industries, announces that Linda Carrer, customer support manager, has retired after 30 years with ADD Systems.
Carrer instilled in her support team the importance of being good listeners, always seeking to understand client needs to give the best support possible. She believed that relationships were at the heart of her role, both within the support group and with ADD clients.
“The customer support team has thrived under Linda’s leadership. She’s taken the group to the next level with a superior commitment to getting the job done right,” said Rob Culbertson, senior vice president and chief operating officer at ADD Systems. “She will be missed, but her contributions will be felt for years to come.”
