Ferrellgas announced it has promoted Brian Freeth to the position of west region manager. As a result of the promotion, the 20-year veteran of the propane company will oversee Ferrellgas’ operations in 11 western states. The former Indiana Propane Gas Association board member most recently served the company as general manager, overseeing retail locations in the states of Illinois and Indiana.
The company also announced it has named Jennifer Juskowiak director of talent acquisition. Juskowiak joins the company after more than 11 years in the Hormel Foods human resources department, where she held multiple positions prior to spending her final two years as the human resources business partner. In that role, Juskowiak implemented initiatives surrounding organization design, talent development, and change management. At Ferrellgas, she will head up a talent acquisition department and strive to attract the most talented logistics professionals to join the Ferrellgas, Blue Rhino, and Ferrell North America teams.
