FLANDERS, New Jersey (Oct. 21, 2021) – ADD Systems, a supplier of software solutions to the convenience store and energy distribution industries, is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Tymikiw to customer support manager. Tymikiw has been with ADD Systems for over 23 years and brings a wealth of software knowledge, as well as a great deal of experience working directly with ADD clients.
Andy Katsigiannis, director of IT and customer support for ADD Systems, said: “We are excited Steve has accepted this position, and grateful that he had a chance to work with his predecessor, Linda Carrer, to ensure a smooth transition. Steve brings strong leadership skills, organizational expertise and product profi ciency with him, and we look forward to his contributions in this new role.”
Previously, Tymikiw worked as an application and integration manager in the implementation and training department. In that role he worked closely with clients, managing high priority projects. Prior to that he gained valuable industry experience as an accountant with two large energy marketers.
