HOUSTON, Texas (Feb. 18, 2026) — Cetane Associates (Cetane) has announced that Kelsey Balque has joined the firm as executive assistant, effective Jan. 20, 2026. Balque brings more than a decade of experience supporting leadership teams and provides administrative and organizational support that helps drive efficiency across the firm.
Prior to joining Cetane, Balque worked at a non-profit organization where she played a key role in building internal processes, strengthening cross-department communication and supporting executives during periods of rapid growth and change. She is passionate about creating clarity, reducing operational friction and enabling leaders to focus on high-impact, strategic work.
Balque holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston, as well as an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Jacinto College.
