Birmingham, Ala. (May 15, 2024) — Butane-Propane News (BPN) announced the opening of its third annual BPN Industry Innovators contest. BPN's 2024 Industry Innovators is a special section dedicated to showcasing those who are working every day to grow and improve the industry. What does an Industry Innovator look like? This nominee:
- Currently works in or is allied to the propane industry
- Fosters innovation in either their company or the broader industry
- Actively pursues learning or personal career growth opportunities
- Focuses on making the industry a better place to work for current and incumbent workers
BPN will only consider individual nominations for the award (no groups), though there is no limit to the quantity of individual nominations you can submit. The nomination period runs from May 15, 2024, to June 15, 2024. At the close of the nomination period, the BPN team will select finalists and profile them in the August 2024 print issue and on the BPN website. BPN started the annual Industry Innovators contest in 2022 with the intention of highlighting and recognizing individuals in the propane industry who are using innovative ideas and advocation for positive change to provide forward momentum for the industry.
