Butane-Propane News is excited to announce that nominations for the third annual BPN Industry Innovators contest are now open. BPN's 2024 Industry Innovators is a special section dedicated to showcasing those who are working every day to grow and improve the industry. What does an Industry Innovator look like? This nominee:
- Currently works in or is allied to the propane industry
- Fosters innovation in either their company or the broader industry
- Actively pursues learning or personal career growth opportunities
- Focuses on making the industry a better place to work for current and incumbent workers
Make sure your nomination is heard! Here are a few suggestions to keep in mind when you're filling out the form:
- Get specific — Include as many examples and/or anecdotes as you can.
- Mention their achievements — We want to hear about their various awards and accolades!
- Tell us why they're different — We all love our teams, but make sure to include how they stand out from the pack.
- Consider everyone in your company — We're interested in honoring employees at all levels, no matter their tenure or their title.
Please note there is no limit to the number of nominations you submit, but only individual nominations will be considered for the award (no groups). The nomination period runs from May 15, 2024, to June 15, 2024. At the close of the nomination period, the BPN team will select finalists from the nominations and profile those finalists in our August 2024 print issue and on our website.
