Swannanoa, N.C. (Nov. 4, 2025) — Several customers of Alliance AutoGas have earned national recognition in the 2025 Green Fleet Awards, presented by the NAFA Fleet Management Association.

These honors reflect the organization's continued leadership in fleet sustainability through the adoption of cleaner transportation technologies — specifically, propane autogas vehicle systems. The following Alliance AutoGas partners were ranked among the top 50 in this year's Green Fleet Awards:

  • Town of Cary, North Carolina — No. 28
  • Blossman Gas — No. 29
  • Chesterfield County Fleet Services, Virginia — No. 32
  • City of Roanoke, Virginia — No. 42
  • Laketran, Ohio — No. 43

These fleets have implemented propane autogas programs to power a wide range of vehicles, demonstrating how alternative fuel adoption supports both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. The diversity of their operations and vehicle purposes allows these fleets to run everything from service trucks, hybrid vehicles, Dodge Durangos, and service vans, to bobtails. The platforms represented include Ford, Dodge, GM, and Toyota, showcasing the flexibility of propane autogas across vehicle types and fleet applications.

The NAFA Fleet Management Association is the world's largest membership association for individuals who manage vehicular fleet and mobility responsibilities for their employers. The Green Fleet Awards are open to both government and commercial fleets in North America, evaluating applicants based on their sustainability efforts and innovative practices.
