MONTREAL (Dec. 14, 2021) — Otodata Technologies USA announced that it has acquired Wireless Applications Corporation (WACnGO), a player in the South American and Israeli tank monitoring and delivery markets.

Founded in 2008, Otodata offers remote tank monitoring hardware and software for a variety of industries. Otodata's solutions allow users to monitor their tanks remotely; providing insightful, real-time data to optimize asset and labor productivity in their business.

KENT, Conn. (Dec. 9, 2021) – Cetane Associates LLC has announced that Dead River Company LLC, operating in northern New England, has acquired the full-service oil heat delivery business of Lavallee Oil Inc., a New Hampshire corporation. The transaction closed on Dec. 2, 2021.

WOOD DALE, Ill. (Dec. 06, 2021) — Power Solutions International Inc., a leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of emissions-certified engines and power systems, announced it received non-road certification for its 8.8-liter propane engine from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California Air Resources Board (CARB). The certification allows the propane-powered engine’s use in mobile, non-road applications.

Columbus, Ind. (Dec. 6, 2021) — Grammer Logistics, a leading chemicals, industrial gases and hazardous materials transportation and logistics firm, announced it is establishing a new commercial headquarters, located at 2001 Timberloch Place in The Woodlands, Texas. The office will serve as a central location for Grammer’s commercial team and business development activity to support its growing customer base. Christensen Inc. is one of the largest distributors of fuels, lubricants and propane on the West Coast and is excited to be expanding their reach.

WASHINGTON – The United States Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has extended the comment period for the COVID-19 vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard to Jan. 19, 2022. OSHA extended the comment period by 45 days to allow stakeholders additional time to review the ETS and collect information and data necessary for comment.

Marietta, Pa. (Nov. 22, 2021) — Hiltz Propane Systems Inc. (Marietta, Pennsylvania) is excited to announce the appointment of John Pelletier to the position of Regional Sales — Northeast U.S., effective Nov. 29, 2021. This is a new position in which John will be responsible for bulk plant and tank sale operations in the Northeast U.S. region.

Canada's primary underground propane inventories decreased by 0.97% in November, according to Canada Energy Regulator. The total represented a month-to-month decrease of 19.7 Mcm. Compared to a year earlier, stocks were lower, with 413.6 Mcm, or 17.12%, less product on hand.
