EDP has acquired Sullivan Oil & Propane, headquartered in Bath, Pennsylvania. The company provides complete propane, fuel oil, and HVAC services across the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos. This transaction deepens EDP’s footprint in Pennsylvania, where the company already has a strong presence.
Sullivan Oil & Propane was established in 1992 as a local service company. In 1994 the company added fuel delivery and today is a full-service home energy provider.
Gene Sullivan and his wife Jennifer have owned the company since its inception. Their 15 employees have transitioned to EDP and will continue to serve Sullivan customers as they have in the past.

EDP is seeking to expand its national footprint and diversify through the addition of new retail propane and light fuels operations.
