Santa Energy, a fuel service business based out of Bridgeport, Connecticut, has acquired Branchville Oil Company Inc. FuelExchange, the energy industry merger & acquisition service of Gray, Gray & Gray LLP, served as a consultant for Branchville Oil throughout the transaction, from initial valuation through final negotiations.
