The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) expects that United States households will spend more money on heating costs this winter and consume more energy to keep homes warm. In its Winter Fuels Outlook, EIA forecasts an increase in average heating prices this winter for all regions of the United States and all heating fuels under a wide variety of weather conditions.

Canada's primary underground propane inventories increased by 2.43% in October, Canada Energy Regulator (CER). The total represented a month-to-month increase of 47.9 Mcm. Compared to a year earlier, stocks were lower, with 354.5 Mcm, or 14.92%, less product on hand.

Pros4Care held its 13th Annual Golf Benefit on Oct. 11, 2021, at Stonebridge Country Club, in McKinney, Texas. A record turnout raised funds to help prostate cancer patients as well as raising awareness of the disease.

Milwaukee (Oct. 12, 2021) — Briggs & Stratton announced that the Vanguard 400 single-cylinder engine, which has been converted to run on propane, has been certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as compliant with the Clean Air Act emission standards. This is the first and only engine in its size class with a manufacturer's warranty to be converted to propane fuel and receive EPA certification, with California Air Resources Board (CARB) certification on the horizon in 2022.
