Washington — April 2, 2024 — Women in Propane (WIP), an official business council of the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), is celebrating its podcast "Through the Leadership Lens" with a live event hosted at the NPGA Southeastern Propane Expo in Charlotte, North Carolina, next month.
Executive Producer Jessica Johnson with the NPGA has directed impactful podcast episodes in which hosts Bridget Kidd, with the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC), and Freddie Ridler, with Rural Computer Consultants (RCC), met with industry influencers to discuss leadership topics, personal stories, and everything in between.
At this live recording of the "Through the Leadership Lens" podcast, Kidd and Ridler will sit down with Lauren Clark of Bergquist Inc., Christina Armentano of Paraco Gas Corp., John Pena of SEPATEC and Tamria Zertuche of Ferrellgas, to discuss how their leadership journey has changed since their time on the podcast.
“We are thrilled to bring the podcast to a live audience and have invited some of our favorite guests to join us," said Johnson. "Having these discussions on leadership in real-time will allow the audience to interact with and ask advice from some of our industry’s top leaders.”
This 1 1/2-hour session, "Women in Propane Roundtable: Through the Leadership Lens LIVE," will take place on Saturday, April 6 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in room W206A in the Charlotte Convention Center. It will conclude with an interactive workshop exercise to encourage networking. Immediately following the "Through the Leadership Lens" podcast panel will be the Women in Propane Networking Reception.
