Washington, DC (May 20, 2025) — Women in Propane has announced Jessica Balderston as the new co-host of its signature podcast, Through the Leadership Lens. Balderston brings industry insight and leadership experience to the role as the co-owner of Rural Computer Consultants and co-chair of Women in Propane’s Program & Events Committee.

Balderston steps into the co-hosting role following the impactful two-year tenure of Bridget Kidd, who served as co-host from October 2022 to April 2025. Her humor and authenticity helped shape the podcast into a space for meaningful conversations and leadership storytelling within the propane industry.
