During the latest mid-month period, prices at Mont Belvieu, Texas, increased. The posted prices increased 8.167 cents/gal, from May mid-month to June mid-month, and the spot prices increased 12 cents. Conway, Kansas, postings increased 7.8 cents/gal, and spots increased 9 cents over the month.
Mont Belvieu Postings
The Mont Belvieu mid-May posted price was 78.23 cents/gal. The next week the price increased 1.417 cents to 79.647 cents, followed by a 3.167-cent increase to 82.814 cents the next week. Prices then decreased 5.25 cents to 77.564 cents the first week of June. At mid-month, postings increased 8.833 cents to 86.397 cents/gal. Compared to the same time in June 2023, the June 2024 prices were 20.85 cents higher.
Conway Postings
The Conway mid-May posted price was 71.876 cents/gal. The next week the price increased 1.2 cents to 73.076 cents, followed by a 2.7-cent increase to 75.776 cents the next week. Prices then decreased 4.348 cents to 71.428 cents the first week of June. At mid-month, postings increased 8.248 cents to 79.676 cents/gal. Compared to the same time in June 2023, the June 2024 prices were 18.678 cents higher.
Mont Belvieu Spots
Mont Belvieu spots opened mid-May at 66 cents/gal. The next week the price rose by 5.25 cents to 71.25 cents, followed by a 1-cent increase to 72.25 cents the next week. Prices then decreased 3.625 cents to 68.625 cents the first week of June. At mid-month, they rose 9.375 cents to 78 cents/gal. Compared to the same time in June 2023, the June 2024 prices were 23 cents higher.
Conway Spots
Conway spots opened mid-May at 65.5 cents/gal. The next week the price rose by 3.5 cents to 69 cents, followed by a 1.5-cent increase to 70.5 cents the next week. Prices then decreased 3.25 cents to 67.25 cents the first week of June. At mid-month, they rose 7.25 cents to 74.5 cents/gal. Compared to the same time in June 2023, the June 2024 prices were 20.25 cents higher.
