Minocqua, Wis. (June 5, 2025) — Lakes Gas, a propane supplier in the Upper Midwest, announced the grand opening of its newest location in Minocqua, Wisconsin. A ribbon cutting with the local Chamber of Commerce was held on May 16 to mark the official opening of the facility, which will serve residential, commercial and agricultural customers in Minocqua and the surrounding communities. This office is the 57th staffed Lakes Gas location.
Renovation of the office building and development of the property began in 2024, reflecting Lakes Gas' commitment to investing in the local community’s people and the community’s appearance. The new Minocqua branch currently employs three local individuals, with plans for future growth as the customer base expands. This new location will provide reliable propane delivery, tank installations and a range of other services to meet the growing needs of the region.
