Caleb Sheppard has accepted the position of MID:COM general manager. 
Sheppard is a 30-year employee of the company and has worked his way up through the production process. For the past 20 years, he served in the customer service technician role.
His long-term experience with the company and understanding of the company inside and out made him an ideal candidate for the position.
Jim Reddington, vice president of the energy division at FEI was excited about the promotion. He stated “I am confident Caleb will excel in this role as he has with every challenge that has come his way during his time with MID:COM. He is poised to ‘hit the ground running,’ and is already very familiar and well-liked by our customer base.”
Founded in 1976, the Midwest Computer Register Corporation (MID:COM) explores and develops products to digitally measure and communicate product flow. MID:COM became part of the FEI family of companies in 2020.
FEI, Inc. serves as the parent company to MID:COM and Midwest Meter, Inc. in Hampton, Iowa. Founded in 1978, the employee-owned company serves the western half of the United States with parts and equipment for the energy/propane and fertilizer industries.
