(October 8, 2018) — ThompsonGas LLC (Frederick, Md.) has acquired the propane division of South Alabama Gas District, which has operations in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi. Details regarding the transaction were not released. The purchase is the fourth for ThompsonGas so far this year.
