ADD Systems (Flanders, N.J.) has promoted Regina Balistreri to director of marketing. She joined ADD Systems in 1990 as a technical writer and then moved to the sales department as the West Coast sales representative in 1992. She left the firm in 1997 to further her education, and went on to work for Intel as a senior financial analyst. Balistreri returned to ADD Systems in 2015 as the project manager of ADD Systems’ enhanced marketing effort, taking responsibility for overseeing the development of the company’s new website and the creation of numerous marketing materials, including videos, white papers, and industry-focused webinars.

He will support Gremlin tank monitor clients in the deployment of monitors for maximum ROI, sharing best practices and offering a full suite of marketing, training, and business intelligence support. He has more than 25 years of experience in the propane and fueloil industries.
Scott Manley, Southeastern U.S. LP products sales manager for Marshall Excelsior Co. (MEC; Marshall, Mich.), will retire at the end of 2018 after being part of the propane industry for 40 years. He joined MEC in 2009, where he has been an integral part of the management team, beginning as MEC’s first outside sales manager to his current role. Before joining MEC, he was an outside territory manager for Rutherford Equipment Co. for 22 years, as well as with Texgas, later acquired by Suburban Propane, for the six years prior. 
Tarantin Industries (Freehold, N.J.) has appointed Eric E. Adams to its business development team, where he will be responsible for helping to build and expand upon Tarantin’s product offerings. Adams, a former college football
athlete/coach, brings to this position his experience in team-building and customer relationship.
