COLUMBUS, OHIO — March 8, 2024 — Worthington Enterprises Inc., a designer and manufacturer of market leading brands, has announced a strategic restructuring of its Commercial Team serving LPG markets.
“This initiative aims to align the company more closely with the specific markets we serve while enhancing its ability to meet customer needs at a best-in-class level,” said Jimmy Bowes, president of Building Products. “As your trusted domestic cylinder manufacturer, we’re enhancing the customer experience with a more concentrated focus on LPG products.”
Introducing the Heating & Cooking Products Leadership Team
- Bobby Weinberg has been promoted to general manager of the Heating and Cooking business. Weinberg is responsible for the overall business in the North American LPG market. He and his team will oversee the segment’s full portfolio of refillable propane tanks and accessories. Weinberg has been with Worthington for 19 years.
- Mike Verne has been named senior director of sales for Heating and Cooking. His people-first focus has been instrumental in growing both the LPG team and key partnerships within the industry. Verne has been with Worthington for 31 years.
- Micah Snyder will continue his role as product manager for the Heating and Cooking business. Snyder is responsible for the overall product strategy, as well as identifying new opportunities to grow the business. He has been instrumental in expanding the current portfolio of LPG products. Snyder has been with Worthington for 11 years.
- Chad Newsome will continue his role as LPG sales manager for the Heating and Cooking business. In this role, Newsome will lead and continue to develop the team of territory account managers while also managing top national accounts. Newsome has been with Worthington for nine years.
- Jason Corral has been named distribution sales manager for the Heating and Cooking business. Corral will continue to manage all key strategic distribution channels and focus on optimizing distribution efforts throughout North America. Corral has been with Worthington for 12 years.
- Mike Norman will continue his role as senior account manager for the eastern portion of the United States, focusing on deepening customer relationships and product expansion within the LPG market. Norman’s territory has expanded to the following states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Norma has been with Worthington for 34 years.
- Graham Dolven will continue his role as account manager for the western portion of the United States. Dolven will serve the needs of customers in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Dolven has been with Worthington for six years.
- Michael Brubaker has been promoted to account manager with a focus on the central United States. Brubaker will serve customers in the following states: Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Mississippi, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. Brubaker has been with Worthington for two years.
- Nick Norman has been promoted to account manager. Norman will provide support for customers located in the eastern portion of the United States including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Norman has been with Worthington for three years.
- Alex Young will continue her role as the senior category marketing specialist for the Heating and Cooking business. Young has been instrumental in building the marketing discipline within the business and has supported the successful launch of several new products into the industry. Young has been with Worthington for 10 years.
