Tampa, FL (Dec. 1, 2025) — Reliable Energy Partners (Reliable) has announced the appointment of Steven Lom as chief financial officer (CFO), based in Tampa, Florida. Lom enters the role with a career spanning two decades in finance and accounting. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Lom has dedicated 20 years to financial and accounting roles, including seven years as CFO at Industrial Truck Equipment and, most recently, Innovative Food Service Group.
Lom has extensive experience managing multi-site operations, a strong technology background and a demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction to private equity backed businesses. He is well-positioned to support Reliable’s acquisition activities from day one, ensuring strong reporting and governance, leading to maximal return on investment. His leadership will further strengthen the company’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Reliable was launched by Soundcore in November 2025 with its initial investment in Florida Lift Gas, Nashville Propane Exchange and Gateway Propane each of which provide commercial propane services in Tampa, Orlando, Nashville and St. Louis respectively.
