Lancaster, Pennsylvania — Nov. 22, 2024 — Cargas has announced a change to its organizational structure with the introduction of a new senior role. Dennis DiSabatino, formerly vice president of Sales & Operations for the Cargas Energy business unit, will take on the role of senior vice president of Sales & Operations across Cargas.
In this position, Dennis will oversee revenue and operations for the entire company to increase software adoption and support all ERP and CRM product and service offerings that Cargas brings to market.
“Dennis brings over 20 years of working with customers to successfully adopt ERP and CRM software, as well as a collaborative leadership style that exemplifies our values of teamwork, customer care, and employee ownership,” said Nate Scott, president and CEO of Cargas. “We are excited about the additional level of accountability and strategic oversight Dennis will provide.”
DiSabatino joined Cargas in 2003 as a sales consultant, a role he held for eight years. He gradually took on more responsibilities, first as a sales and marketing manager, then as director of sales, and most recently as vice president of Sales & Operations for Cargas Energy.
Now, as the senior vice president of Sales & Operations, Dennis draws on his experience in technology, problem-solving, and leadership to help Cargas develop strategies to help customers achieve success with their enterprise software needs.
