West Palm Beach, FL — Nov. 18 — Blue Peak Resources, a merger and acquisitions consulting firm, announced that Paula Wilson has joined the organization as its latest team member.
Wilson is a business and marketing executive specializing in strategic planning, market growth, and profitability. With over 35 years of experience in the propane industry, she has held various roles, including positions at AmeriGas Propane and the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC). While at AmeriGas, Wilson led the marketing team, executing several key growth and retention programs. She also played a significant role in integrating customer communications following five major acquisitions.
"I have also served at PERC, most recently as the Director of Industry Engagement," said Wilson. "In that role, my focus was on collaborating with the PERC team and state associations to educate the propane industry about PERC’s programs, training, and marketing resources."
Throughout her nearly four-decade career in the propane industry, Wilson has remained passionate about three key areas:
- Collaborating with marketers to ensure their success in market growth.
- Emphasizing her employers' commitment to both company-oriented and family-oriented branding.
- Adding value to the communities served by her employers.

In addition to her professional roles, Wilson has served on the National Propane Gas Association's (NPGA) Board of Directors, has been PERC’s council chairwoman for two years, and participated in the Women in Propane Council. Currently, she is also a group facilitator with the NPGA Benchmarking Council.
