Jaenicke is an active member of the National Propane Gas Association and has served in numerous volunteer positions, including: Conventions Committee Chairman, Energy Policy Task Force Chairman, PropanePAC Steering Committee, and the Women in Propane Council. In addition to his extensive volunteer service, Jaenicke serves as the Vice President of Propane Services at Warm Thoughts Communications.

NPGA’s Governmental Affairs Committee is responsible for guiding the association’s legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts. The Committee is made up of six issue specific task forces (Energy Policy, Autogas, Regulatory/Compliance, Rail Advocacy, Pipeline Advocacy, and Enhanced Agency Outreach) that provide expertise to the larger group and association staff. This year, the Committee will focus on educating the incoming Members of Congress and new Administration about the environmental and economic benefits of using propane.

“I’m looking forward to Tom leading this important committee. His vast industry experience will benefit NPGA members and help the staff advocate on our behalf,” said Stuart Weidie, NPGA’s Chairman of the Board.
