WASHINGTON (Feb. 8, 2023) — Women in Propane (WIP), an official business council of the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), recently launched a webinar series, Through the Leadership Lens Online. They are hosting their first webinar of 2023 on February 17 at 1 p.m. ET.
For many propane companies, the largest group of employees is over the age of 40. In some cases, they represent almost 60% of the entire team. This webinar focuses on attracting and retaining youth in propane, which is imperative for the industry's survival.
