Vision Financial Group Inc., also known as VFG Leasing & Finance, a Civista Bank company since October 2022, announced its new name and transition from a subsidiary to a division of Civista Bank, effective August 31, 2023. Moving forward, the business equipment leasing and finance division will do business as Civista Leasing & Finance.
