ThompsonGas (Frederick, Md.) announced Jan. 28 the acquisition of All Service Propane Inc. (Anderson, Calif.), a propane provider in Northern California. ThompsonGas reports it is committed to serving the residential, commercial and agricultural customers who have valued the All Service Propane presence and service in the area for multiple decades.
“We are pleased to announce that we have added All Service Propane Inc., located in Northern California, to our ever-growing ThompsonGas team,” said Jeff Kerns, chief executive officer. “Brian Gillam has built a business that strives for excellence in service, which will continue with ThompsonGas.”
“All Service Propane is a great addition to our presence in Northern California,” said Derek Ashmore, regional vice president. “It gives us another very strong footprint to continue our active growth strategy and continued industry leading service.”
This acquisition strengthens ThompsonGas’ national footprint by expanding the company’s presence in Northern California. All Service Propane Inc. is ThompsonGas’ first acquisition in 2021.
