Smith Pumps and Full-Circle announced the appointment of Dan Glassburn as their new outside sales representative.
Glassburn brings a wealth of mechanical experience, having started his career reconditioning and fabricating lasers in his father’s manufacturing business. Over the past 18 years, he’s mastered computer numerical control (CNC) programming and machining, with time spent in sales roles along the way. Most recently, CNC programming and machining has played a key role in increasing production efficiency at Smith by embracing new technologies — significantly reducing lead times and boosting output.
“Dan shares our vision and passion. He represents a blend of practical, hands-on mechanical expertise and exceptional people skills, and we’re looking forward to welcoming him into this role,” said President C.J. Smith.
