Milan (Nov. 4, 2025) — REPCo, a Milan-based joint venture between Cavagna Group and Nirmal Industrial Controls, has acquired all shares in Oiltech S.r.l, a company with over twenty years of experience in process engineering in the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors.
Also based in Milan, Oiltech S.r.l. specializes in supporting large companies in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and energy sectors, as well as manufacturers of skid-mounted plants. The transaction forms part of a strategic process aimed at strengthening REPCo's presence throughout the supply chain. Founded in 1993, REPCo S.r.l. operates in the energy sector, offering end-to-end solutions that cover the entire project cycle — from process engineering to supply and plant start-up.
“Welcoming Oiltech into the company is an important step in our journey," said Davide Cavagna, CEO of Cavagna Group. "Our goal remains to continually expand our range of expertise so that we can support our customers not only in one or a few stages of the supply chain, but throughout all of them. This is certainly a challenging mission, but we are confident that, thanks to our new colleagues at Oiltech, it will be achievable."
Prakash Desai, director of Nirmal Industrial Controls, said: "This acquisition represents an important step towards strengthening REPCo's presence in a sector that is now more crucial than ever. It is a highly technical and specialized field, where the professionalism and expertise of our people provide great added value to the solutions we offer — diversifying them and tailoring them to the needs of our partners and customers."
This acquisition reinforces REPCo's commitment to investing in technical skills and professionalism by supporting its workforce and consolidating its position in the field of process engineering.
