On Dec. 19, the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) officially opened registration for the 2025 NPGA Southeastern & International Propane Expo. The 2025 Southeastern Expo will take place Friday, April 4, through Sunday, April 6, and will return to Charlotte, North Carolina, for the second year running.
Attendees and exhibitors can register for the expo here. Discounted Early Bird registration rates are available through Jan. 24.
The annual expo provides networking and education opportunities for thousands of individuals across the U.S. and global propane industry, representing marketers, suppliers and solutions providers. NPGA noted it now offers full conference and expo registration packages or exhibit hall-only options for all member types. (The "exhibit hall only" option does not include the Welcome Reception on Friday.) You can peruse the "schedule at a glance" on the expo website.
NPGA also noted to book accommodations through EventSphere, which is the official housing provider for the 2025 Southeastern Expo. Registrants can search hotel availability, compare rates and make reservations in this one location. Reservations can also be managed online once booked. The NPGA room block will be available through March 7. Best selections will be available for earlier bookings.
NPGF Golf Tournament Registration
The National Propane Gas Foundation (NPGF) has also opened registration for its annual golf tournament, which will take place Thursday, April 3, preceding the start of the NPGA Southeastern Expo. Register here for the event.
The tournament will take place at the Springfield Golf Course in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Proceeds benefit the NPGF Scholarship Program. The event is open to propane industry members only and is limited to eight golfers per company.
Registration costs $220, covering round-trip transportation, greens fee, range balls, lunch and refreshments. The tournament committee will group participants into groups of four for networking and competitive play.
