Lee, MA (May 20, 2025) — Ray Murray, Inc. (RMI), a distributor of propane equipment, compressed gas, heating, hearth, and outdoor living products, has announced the acquisition of the assets of Teeco Products, Inc., a distributor of propane gas equipment serving the Western U.S. with locations in California, Washington and South Dakota.
By integrating Teeco Products' Western U.S. presence with RMI's East and Central U.S. operations, the combined company will offer enhanced geographic coverage and product offerings, positioning RMI as a nationwide distributor in the propane, heating, hearth & outdoor living industries.
