NEXIO has brought Joe Serbin to its management team as vice president of after-sales and service customer success. 

Serbin's 41-year career in customer service began as a master technician for brands including Honda, Audi and Porsche, where he developed a deep understanding of automotive technology and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The past decade, Serbin developed and scaled service operations in the fast paced and demanding autonomous vehicle industry for UBER ATG and ARGO AI. 

Serbin's teams were situated across 18 service centers in 13 major cities throughout the United States and Germany. During this period, he established and maintained strong relationships with multiple automotive OEM engineering and operational teams, including: Ford, Volkswagen, and Volvo, as well as strategic partnerships with Roush and Penske. 

His teams were essential in supporting UBER and ARGO to develop their self-driving car technology and explore new business ideas. Utilizing prototype vehicles, they were able to continue hardware and software development for autonomous driving, in addition to business development partnerships for ride-share and last-mile delivery.
