Harold Poland has joined NGL Energy Partners LP (Tulsa) as a retail business development consultant, assisting with the retail propane acquisition activities of the company. His emphasis will be on the Midwest and Western U.S. regions. Poland has 20 years of retail propane management experience with Skelgas; 12 years as U.S. propane marketing manager and NGL business development manager with Texaco and as a consultant with the Williams Company in Tulsa. Poland served as a retail acquisition consultant for Heritage Propane for 12 years prior to its sale. An active member of the propane industry, he serves on the National Propane Gas Association board of directors and is involved with various committees, as well as his work with the Western Propane Gas Association.
