Valley City, N.D. — Jim Bailey has joined FEI, Inc. as a territory manager for the energy division and will serve the Northwest United States. His 30-plus years of customer service and sales experience in the propane industry made him an ideal match for the company as it further develops customer relationships in Idaho, northern Utah and northern Nevada.
Bailey’s background in the propane industry started with delivery and service, eventually moving to management roles. He knows the business from bookkeeping to bulk tanks and truly understands the demands from customers, challenges with manufacturers and the nuances of keeping a successful operation going strong. His additional training in hazardous materials, CDL restrictions and HVAC installations along with his background in training and coaching will also spur on the FEI efforts to keep customers informed of industry standards and restrictions.
Jim Reddington, vice president of FEI’s energy division, considers Bailey a great fit for his sales team. “Jim’s diverse background experiences in the field make him a perfect addition to our sales efforts. Not only has he driven the trucks, delivered the product and installed the services, but he also knows how to manage propane operations efficiently and effectively.
