Blue Peak Resources, a Florida-based merger and acquisitions consulting firm, announced February 2 the sale of Malzahn Gas Service.
Founded in 1967 by Vince Malzahn and his wife Sally, Malzahn is a residential-based propane company that services New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The Malzahn family has been entrenched in the propane industry for over 53 years. Their son John will be staying on with the new company. “I am very proud to stay on and continue to provide our customers with the first-rate care and attention they expect and deserve,” said John Malzahn.
