How did you get your start in the propane industry?
I was new to the industry in February 2025, and what drew me into the propane business was the company’s culture and what it stands for. Employees are truly put first, and there’s a homegrown feel paired with strong corporate support that make it feel like a second home.
What advice do you have for someone coming into the industry?
The propane industry is a fun industry to be a part of, with the ability to learn something new every day. It’s an essential service for residential, commercial and industrial settings.
Who has/have been the strongest influences in your career to date?
I have been fortunate throughout my career to work with a lot of great people who have helped influence me into the person I am today.
How would you describe your leadership style, and how do you believe it contributes to the success of your team and organization within the propane industry?
My leadership style is working with my team to analyze the data and create the tools needed to be successful. Once the processes have been established, the team is set up for success.
What’s your funniest/favorite work memory?
Earlier in my career, I was part of a five-person team that traveled around the U.S. working on continuous improvement projects. The amount of time we spent together led to our team becoming very close. We shared a lot of laughs along the way.
What or who motivates you?
My wife and children motivate me to be the best person possible for them.
How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance while pursuing your goals and ambitions within the demanding and dynamic environment of the propane business?
LP Cylinder provides me the ability to have a healthy work-life balance, and the team here is fantastic. They provide the leadership and support needed every day to continue to push our company forward within this industry.
What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?
The best compliment I have received is that my team is independently driven and successful.
How would you spend an unexpected day off?
Enjoying the outdoors with my wife and children.
