(May 2, 2018) – ThompsonGas (Frederick, Md.) has acquired J.I. Banker Gas Service Inc., a propane provider in northwest Missouri. Details of the transaction were not released. The deal marks the second acquisition for ThompsonGas this year and its fourth in Missouri. J.I. Banker Gas Service has operated in northwest Missouri for more than 70 years and serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
