Composite LPG Cylinders
Supreme Industries Ltd., one of the largest processors of plastic in India, has introduced a composite LPG cylinder, yet another product that is one-of-its-kind in India. The Supreme Type IV composite LPG cylinder is described as a world-class product that is manufactured at the company’s state-of-the-art production facility located at Halol, Gujarat. This facility employs a high degree of automation, utilizing high-tech robotic units, and produces nearly 500,000 composite LPG cylinders annually. Mindful of safety, its plant is certified as ISO 9001-2008, 14001-2004+COR1:2009, and OHSAS 18001:2007.

Piping
LPG-Flex from CGH is a flexible, multi-layer composite reinforced thermoplastic pipe (RTP) installed in continuous runs, thus eliminating the welds and corrosion of steel pipes to greatly increase the safety of the LPG installation. Combined with reduced installation time and cost, this makes LPG-Flex one the safest and most cost-efficient pipework materials to install. Currently in use worldwide, LPG-Flex applications include autogas, agriculture, LPG distribution centers, cylinder filling installations, heating, production processes, asphalt mills, and firefighting training centers, among others. Ultrasonic Smart Meter 
The Cavagna Group is introducing the propane model of its Prodigi4 Ultrasonic Smart Meter (G2.5-G4) at the WLPG Forum. This smart meter belongs to the new generation of smart devices developed and produced by the Cavagna Group using an innovative, high-performance ultrasonic sensor. With no mechanical parts, the ultrasonic meter will not suffer from performance degradation, and it has been recognized for its accuracy and high reliability. The Prodigi4 meter can send information using RF, GSM, and ISM technology. This allows gas companies to manage their networks more efficiently, while at the same time letting them be more transparent with their customers, resulting in a better-informed, more reliable consumption model. The meter features an ultrasonic flow sensor, stainless steel body, and step-motor valve for remote control and gas shut-off. Pump 
The new Model 16 turbine pump from Corken is said to offer 20% more flow than its competition and to excel in low-capacity, high-head pumping applications. It is available in both close-coupled and direct-mount designs. The pump’s new silicon carbide seal seat material offers longer service life as well as improved sealing performance. The Model 16, on display, can be used for autogas, cylinder filling, forklift refueling, vaporizer feed, and aerosol propellant. Booth #114

Tank Relief Valve 
The new Fisher Type 63EGLP Tank Relief Valve, typically used on 30,000 gal. and larger propane tank applications, is now available from Emerson. The Type 63EGLP offers a 40% increase in relief capacity, a 20% weight reduction for easier installation, and dual-pilot design for reduced maintenance costs. The UL-certified relief valve is approved for bulk propane storage relief installations compliant with NFPA 58. The 40% capacity increase offers significant savings for tanks 90,000 gallons or larger, requiring only two Fisher Type 63EGLPs versus three traditional multiport relief valves. Booth #48

Gauges, Sensors, Monitoring Equipment
Rochester Gauges started in 1913 as one of the first companies to develop a liquid level gauge for the propane industry. It now manufactures float level gauges, associated sensors, and remote receivers for tank level measurement and monitoring. Rochester offers tank gauging solutions complete with a wide range of sensors and receivers for telemetry purposes, automated applications, or process control. Its products are designed for use on cylinders to large storage tanks, including domestic tanks, delivery trucks, railcars, and trailers. The Wesroc LTE RTM offers a solution for planning efficient deliveries for hard-to-predict residential customers, such as those with heat pumps, pool heaters, or standby generators. This residential tank monitor provides the necessary tank information to schedule efficient deliveries while preventing costly run-outs. The LTE RTM is flexible to a business’s reporting needs and can be configured to report once a week, or three times a week. It communicates using the Long-term Evolution (LTE) cellular network. Elaflex will display its new ZVG2 EURO nozzle, an ultra-low-loss, quick-connect-style nozzle. Bypass Valves 
The new Versa-Fill high flow bypass valve from Marshall Excelsior (MEC), being shown at the 31st World LPG Forum, is the only multi-stage LPG and NH3 bypass valve available. Its three fully adjustable settings include a bypass mode that functions like MEC’s standard ME840 series bypass valve during domestic tank deliveries by pushing maximum pump output to the hose end delivery nozzle, while protecting the pump if the nozzle is closed during delivery. Forklift/cylinder fill mode has a built-in, adjustable proportional flow-control valve that allows a portion of flow from the pump to be diverted back to the tank to reduce flow rates at the hose end delivery nozzle to fill small cylinders. Compact Regulators
RegO offers a complete lineup of compact regulators. Its LV3403TR first-stage regulator is designed for any domestic size ASME or DOT container in propane installations requiring up to 1.5 MMBtu/hr. It is factory-set to reduce container pressure to an outlet pressure of approximately 10 psig. The LV3403B4 second-stage regulator and the LV3403BR back-mount regulator reduce first-stage pressure of 5-10 psig to burner pressure normally 11 in. w.c. Designed as second-stage regulators for smaller applications with flow requirements up to 450,000 Btu/hr, they can be used for instantaneous hot water heaters and gas logs. The 2-psig delivery pressure twin-stage regulator LV404Y39 reduces container pressure to 2 psig. A line pressure regulator is required downstream to reduce the 2 psig to 11 inches w.c. RegO’s LV404B34 and LV404B39 series twin-stage regulators reduce container pressure to 11 in. w.c. delivery pressure. This series can be used for average domestic service for “on-site” container applications such as homes, mobile homes, and cottages, including small ASME tanks and 100- to 420-lb DOT cylinders.

Catalytic Tank Heater
Algas-SDI, a leading manufacturer of liquid vaporization and gas mixing equipment, is showing its latest innovation, the Second Sun catalytic tank heater. It is designed to safely augment pressure and vaporization in a storage tank at times when the environment is not able to supply the needed energy through the “wetted” surface of the LP-gas tank.
