The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) published an Emergency Declaration for motor carriers providing direct assistance supporting emergency relief efforts in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas in response to Hurricane Delta. The waiver is in effect through November 6, 2020.
