West Palm Beach, Fla. — Feb. 29, 2024 — Blue Peak Resources, a merger and acquisitions consulting firm, has announced the sale of Blue Light Energy LLC of Bridgehampton, New York, to Star Group L.P.

Star Group L.P., a leading energy, heating and home services provider, has announced the acquisition of Ideal Bottle Gas Inc. Star Group will operate out of the current Ideal Bottle Gas facilities in Bellport, NY.

STAMFORD, Conn. (Aug. 09, 2023) — Star Group L.P., a home energy distributor and services provider, announced it has completed the purchase of a privately held propane company for approximately $18.4 million.

The entity, with operations in Long Island, will enhance the company’s footprint across the area.
