Tim Moore of Mor-Gas (Pisgah) will serve as president; Bill Mayo, Blossman Gas (Rainbow City), vice president; and Tom Cheatham, Leran Products (Pine Mountain), secretary/treasurer.

Randy Warner has joined Cavagna North America Inc. (Somerset, N.J.) as its new product manager for North America, to help strengthen the communication and education about Cavagna North America products. Prior to joining Cavagna, he was involved with the propane industry as the owner of Warner C3H8 Consulting, and for more than 20 years, had been in management positions mainly with Ferrellgas. Warner has also served the industry through various leadership roles within the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). These include being past chairman of NPGA’s Technology, Standards and Safety Committee (TS&S) and past chairman of PERC’s Safety and Technical Training Working Group (STTWG). In addition, Warner also has held leadership roles in the state of Missouri.

Otodata (Montreal, Que.) has added Rita Pecilunas to its growing team, where she will serve as its business development consultant for the Midwest, Northeast, and New England regions of the U.S. She has been involved with the propane industry for many years, serving as the National Propane Gas Association’s (NPGA) vice president of marketing and member services, and consulting for the Propane Education & Research Council, World LP Gas Association, and the European LPG Association. She has been a sales and customer service trainer, and consulted for Grainger over the last five years as an IT and Procurement communications specialist. Pecilunas’ role as a facilitator for NPGA’s Benchmarking Council led to her collaboration with Otodata.

Jeff Ruffner joined Paraco Gas (Rye Brook, N.Y.) as its new executive vice president of operations, effective July 1. He is the third and final member of the company’s executive team, which currently consists of Christina Armentano, executive vice president of sales and business development, and Kevin Watson, CFO, who will work together to continue to grow the company through acquisitions and organic growth. Ruffner was formerly with EnergyUnited Propane in North Carolina, where as general manager for more than a decade he led the company through many successful strategic initiatives.

Bryan Cordill has joined the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC; Washington, D.C.) as its director of residential and commercial business development, where he will lead efforts to support and grow propane demand in the residential and commercial construction markets. He will facilitate the development and adoption of propane-fueled appliances and equipment through developing businesses and new products, as well as strengthening marketing activities to preserve existing markets and engaging new growth opportunities. A long-time member of the propane industry, Cordill worked at his family’s propane business, Cordill Butane-Propane Service (Monroe, La.) for 17 years before being named business development officer at Ajasent Inc., a cloud hosting service for propane and related service companies, and most recently at Proponent LLC, a consulting company he co-founded.
