• U.S. rig count is down 361 rigs from last year's count of 772, with oil rigs down 346, gas rigs down 14 and miscellaneous rigs down 1.
• The U.S. offshore rig count is unchanged at 13, down 6 year over year.
• Canada rig count is down 24 from last week to 92, with oil rigs down 17 to 41 and gas rigs down 7 to 51.
• Canada Rig Count is down 6 rigs from last year's count of 98, with oil rigs down 11 and gas rigs up 5.
