Grammer Logistics is furthering its investment into the Liquefied Propane (LP) industry through the development of the LP Division within Grammer Operations. With the vision of becoming the national leader in Propane transportation and logistics, Grammer is excited to announce the addition of key leadership hires, under the direction of industry veteran Gino Caselli, VP of operations LP, along with key personnel, Krystel Parks, senior dispatch manager and Rhiannon French, dispatcher.
Gino Caselli, VP of Operations (LP)
Gino Caselli comes to Grammer with 24 years of direct leadership in Propone working with several national propane carriers. Gino’s leadership philosophy is rooted in building cohesive, high-performing teams and fostering a company culture that prioritizes safety, customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
Krystel Parks, Senior Dispatch Manager
Krystel Parks is a key addition to the Grammer team based on her nine years of direct Propane operations and dispatch experience. Due to her experience teaching and by her holding a bachelor’s in science in education, Krystel has demonstrated her ability to hire and develop her team for success as recognized at both national propane carriers she has worked with prior.
Rhiannon French, Dispatcher
Rhiannon French is a very experienced dispatcher who joins Grammer with both a bachelor degree and master of business administration (MBA). She is extremely proficient at identifying and executing the driver schedules that support the direct needs of our customers. Rhiannon prides herself on outstanding service to the industry by holding herself and her drivers to a higher standard through established training and processes.
