Ferrellgas announced it has named Megan Sharp, who has spent the last 15 years in various Ferrellgas leadership roles, vice president of operations support.
Sharp will now oversee four corporate departments — fleet, real estate, risk, and safety — after serving the company most recently as West Region manager. Prior to overseeing retail operations for Ferrellgas in the western U.S., Sharp was the service center general manager in Elk Grove, California, for five years.
In her first 10 years with Ferrellgas, she made a strong impact in several different business operations and logistics roles. In addition to her contributions to Ferrellgas, Sharp has 20 years of service to her country and is currently the A1 deputy director of personnel for the Nevada Air National Guard.
Sharp holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada-Reno and a bachelor’s from Iowa State University. Additionally, she’s a graduate of the Community College of the Air Force and just completed a degree from Air Command and Staff College.
